Love is...

Besides the grand, life-sacrificing signs of love we all do, have, or look for, what are the small things that mean "love" to you? Beer related or not. I'll start off with something beery: love is making all those beer styles I don't enjoy for the people who do, at Christmas.

I like this! I'll go non beer related.
Love is turning your enemy into your friend.

My youngest son, very reserved, getting a local new IIPA can release for me for my birthday.
Brought it back to beer. But I have to admit that BL and BD's posts are awesome.

Love is the sounds of yeast multiplying in the fermentor. And the fact my wife lets me brew as much as I do.

Love is a warm cat curled up in your lap in the evening.

The feeling I feel when I watch my grown kids interact with their children. I know all the time and effort my wife and I invested in them was worth it. Also getting to pend more time with my best friend and and life partner of 41 years.
