L'Alicia Amber Ale - suggestions?

Two girls at work asked me to make an amber brew for them. What do you think of this? I want a sweetish, malty backbone with a dry finish and a little surprise of citrus.

5.5# Munich light
5# 2-row
8oz crystal 60
4oz. Honey malt
2oz. Roasted barley

.25oz. Magnum x60
.5oz. Fuggles x 20
.5oz. Hallertau x 10
.5oz. Kent's Golding x5

0.5-1.0 oz. Citra @ flameout

US-05

I'm not sure about the Citra with the Hallertau.

Since you're putting the Citra in at flameout, I don't see much of a conflict with the Hallertau. I'd scale it down to 0.5 oz. Better too little than too much.

Good choice of a wee bit of honey malt, too.

Looks nice...

If you want to dry it out a bit, add some sugar... Maybe 4-6 ounces or so... That will help keep the honey malt and crystal from making it seem cloying... ( As you probably already know, honey malt is pretty noticable, but should be fine at 4 ounces )

BTW, Dave is correct that the Hallertau and Citra play nice together.... Although I would go in the other direction and add more Citra... A half ounce at flame out and an ounce or ounce and a half once cooled to 170°f to really extract some aromatics... Keep the lid on... Just my preference though... Love Citra!
