A Good Story (Non Beer)

Just watching the news on a national channel. They showed a story of an Marine Corps Vet graduating the police academy. Not that unusual, I worked with marines on the job. Except that this guy has both legs amputated, and walks on prosthetics. The first cop in the country that is a double amputee they say. Even cooler, he is in Suffolk County PD (NY), where I live.

What a hero he must be to all he meets. I don't know if I could even manage a smile if that happened to me but he's an inspiration.
