Italian Spigot wrung off...

I had an Italian spigot wring off in my hand just a few minutes ago...
The thing that is angering to me about this is, two weeks ago I lost a 5 gallon
batch in this bucket because I thought I had left the spigot open...
Now it makes sense why 4 gallons of wort ended up on the bathroom floor
Reminds me of LBK spigots....
Has any of the BORG
had an Italian spigot failure of this magnitude before?
I know I'm an occasional visitor but any input is welcome and thank you guys!
