To all that replied: YOUR Awesome! I get to chill my first brew tomorrow!!! I'll let you know. Trying to figure out how to keg with the BrewDemon. I'm old school (step by step stuff ya know) Looking forward to making my Dopple boc next week, Thanks Again, Hoot

Kegging isn't hard, but it wants some gear. I started kegging with 2.5 gallon kegs, which are a bit more costly than the fives which are more common. I bought a 4.4 cubic foot fridge and used picnic taps. Later I built it into a kegerator. At a minimum you need kegs, a CO2 bottle and regulator, and some kind of taps.
