Blackberry Wheat Ale recipe

Third try on making a blackberry ale, and this is one that I made this summer that tastes good! 1-1/4lb blackberries added to the wort at 0 minutes; 1 more lb added for the last 7 days in the fermenter.

Your welcome! So many wild blackberries in my area each summer; I gotta try doing things with them. Always have blackberry jam on hand, and all the local beekeepers have a lot of blackberry honey. I not a big wine drinker, so I'm not going to make wine with it. A flavorful ale that's not all cidery tasting works for me.
