Interesting, I've not seen that recipe with Pale malt. The one's I've used were only 2 row and C40 or 60. The price seems reasonable to me.

That's cool that the brewery put that together. I've tried it twice now and come to the conclusion that I don't like all-Centennial beers.
I'd be curious to hear if somebody tries it on how close it gets.

Add the malt extracts. Add 2 grams of gypsum to the boil.
Continue as per all-grain recipe (unless using partial boil process where water needs to be added to bring post boil volume up to 5.25 gallons (20 L)).

I have not brewed it in three years but I did look at the recipe that I have and it certainly does not mention pale malt. I guess I'll have to put this on the long list.

My Bela's IPA is all Centennial. I plan to brew it next weekend and give it a go with the Hansen yeast.

I will probably omit the sugar and just use a pound of grain in its place.

You sent me one of these years ago and I recall it being a very good beer! I thought this was your house IPA.

It is, but I haven't brewed it in a few years.
So many beers to brew. So little time.
