Thank you for your continued support!

Post by LouieMacGoo »

Hey guys and gals, Just wanted to thank everyone for their continued participation here on the BeerBorg forum and for your continued support. I also wanted to let you know that the hosting bill is coming up on Aug 7th for renewal and I am usually able to cover most of that with the revenue that is generated from Google Ads and Amazon/BrewDemon referrals, however that revenue is much lower then it has usually been. If you can find it in your heart and wallet to help me cover the $300 annual hosting bill I would greatly appreciate it.

SWMBO allows me to continue this "foolish" endeavour as long as it is pretty much self funding and If I have to shell out "our" money for it she will not be happy with me. She may even take away my brewpot! ;)

You can donate by clicking HERE

Or

You can send money directly as a "friend or family" by using info@beerborg.com at the Paypal Send page

Thanks again and I appreciate anything you can do to help out.

 & :thanks:

What are Amazon/Brewdemon referrals? I've bought from brewdemon a few times and buy from Amazon regularly. It's there a way to make a purchase from one of them that will generate revenue for the site?

From the main BeerBorg page there is a link called Marketplace. If you click on that link it will take you to my Amazon Market page. If you use any of those links to shop on Amazon BeerBorg gets a referral kickback. As for BrewDemon there are banner ads on several of the forum pages that will pop up if you click on those BeerBorg gets a referral for anything you purchase. There is also the AHA Membership referral. If you use the link on the Main BeerBorg page to join or renew your membership to the AHA BeerBorg gets credit.

Thank you to everyone that has contributed so far, it is greatly appreciated. We're almost half way to the $300 needed to renew the hosting for the site. Again every little bit helps and I really appreciate anything you can do to help out.

Just wanted to bump this post again just in case anyone forgets on pay day to share some of their check with Leigh and this great website. Any amount would be helpful.

Something I was wondering Louie, does much of any revenue from the sale of T-Shirts help? I would like some more as my wife took mine over as night shirts, and I would like some different colors on the next go round then what I got. The dark blue doesn't show the lettering very good.

The last round of shirts didn't go over very well and only sold about 23 items so I really haven't looked at doing it again. If there was enough interest I'd be wiling to put something together. Or if people want to order shirts from one of previous campaigns and enough are ordered you can get shirts that way. https://teespring.com/stores/the-beerborg-store
