Christmas present recipes for non beer drinkers

I don't know where to post this from a recipe standpoint so I hope if it needs to be moved I will be forgiven.
The Brewbirds got started with a MB kit as a gift for Christmas like I'm sure so many others did, and we are thinking of making some "return the favor" beers as a Christmas gift to our sister.
She thinks that she will be in town in October so we are trying to think of a few recipes we could make as a gift using 4 nice looking big Saison bottles and would like to put together four winter/Christmas brews and do some nice labels for them to bring home as a present.
Since my sister and her mate are not really beer drinkers we are thinking along the lines of something seasonal (Christmas) that a non beer drinker might enjoy using fruit and spices etc which we haven't tried yet and wonder if any of my Borg family has made some SWIMBO type beers that are holiday themed.
We are thinking of things like a stout with cherry flavor would be something that (non beer drinkers) would like.
Also we are not sure how big a beer we can brew gravity wise.
