Mandarina Bavaria
Posted: Sat Jan 20, 2018 11:05 am
Good morning BORG!
Just received a 1/2 pound of Mandarina hops...
the reason I purchased them was I had a beer at Dogfish Head restaurant last year
that was mad e with Mandarina, and I thought it was an excellent beer.
Can't find anything about it on line or I'm just not looking well enough.
Got this recipe mashing right now and I'm curious as to what I can expect from these hops...
Thanks in advance for any input!
