The app is not worth it to me.

Been there....ordered that....sounds great, but.....meh not totally impressed. Their regular yeast is just as good.

The New Nordic yeast is completely unique and made me some great beer last year. So I will get more of it.

The Saison blend, it was fine, but nothing special, I'd rather use Bella.

I might try some of the British strains, they didn't have those last time around. Something that says it is estery, not something that says it is clean. No point there. Something that would make a good mild/pale with goldings or fuggles.

I don't see the point in any of the more or less flavorless American strains/blends. You can buy plenty of more or less flavorless strains with the same attenuation/flocculation properties already. So why?

I still really like Hansen yeast. But I can’t wait to see what Bootleg Biology comes out with in the coming months.
