C15 for C20?

I'm out of C20, which plenty of recipes call for. I have C15 and C10. Pretty close, right?

Sure, C15 is close enough for me. I've read that Crystal malt can vary by 5 Degrees per batch and between maltsters.

The English medium crystal I use can be anywhere from 45-55, and it comes from the same maltster, but it always tastes right.

C15 would be close enough for me to use. I once needed C40 that I didn't have so I split the weight between C20 and C60.
