I have returned!

I am escaping the corporate company yoke to help open and co-manage a bakery cafe in my downtown. We have tons to do, but I've already floated ideas about using beer to make a few bread products. We also will make dog treats, so if you use spent grains for this, I would love input!
Anyways, glad to be back!

Welcome back to The Borg (once a Borg, always a Borg). And good luck for success with the new venture.

Quick update: We are working on finding a local brewery for a partnership to make a Gouda Stout bread. That sounds amazing to me! Having a lot of fun (with some loooong hours) so far.
