So, even though it makes no difference to anyone, I'm posting today's brew day just in case anyone pretends to care. Hot as crap today with humidity to make roaches sweat but it's always good to brew. I ain't stoppin' this summer either.
So, today I did an all Denali hop brew. Not much but I've been wanting to try it and since I don't like SMASH's, kept the recipe somewhat simple. It ended up at 1.063 and I don't know why I keep blowing my OG but there it is. Was hoping for more of a pale ale-ish type beer but threw up into an IPA. It's still beer!
Also first time trying Imperial's version of Chico yeast.
