I doubt it but if anyone cares about another lawsuit, here's the dirt.

This is weird.
MC has a contract to brew for Pabst, which is really a competitor. The contract has a clause that allows both parties to renew the contract, but doesn't require it.
If MC decides to NOT renew it, Pabst claims that it will hurt their business. Well, yeah.....nobody will be brewing it!

It seems to me (at the SURFACE, mind you) that this would be simple. IfMC chooses to not renew because they can do better for their business by not brewing the competition's beer then they shouldn't HAVE to brew it.

Clearly, it isn't that simple though or it would have been settled with a summary judgment.

This is mildly interesting to me, as a legal matter since I drink neither of them and couldn't care less which are available :D

Interesting, I actually kind'a like PBR and was the first beer I drank when was of legal age. Just had some a little while back. Way Better then Bud, Millers or Coors.

Maybe PBR can be brewed in AB InBev's BudLite tanks too. :D
