Hello,

I was wondering if leaving the ingredients in the brewdemon for 3 weeks instead of 1 ruin the product. Thank you

Hello and welcome! A longer ferment will not hurt your brew. I usually wait three weeks, many here do. What are you brewing?

My standard times are 3 weeks in the carboy, anywhere from one week to one year conditioning (all depends on what it is), one week in chill box and boom! It's gone before I know it.

Welcome to the forum!

For a beginning brewer, the standard recommendation is 3-4. 3 weeks in the fermenter (ideally keeping wort temp at 65 or so), 4 weeks in bottles (70 or higher), then 3 days in the frig before drinking.

Thank you so much! I am brewing the Pilsner that came with the Brewdemon kit.
