Afternoon BORG ...
been a while since I've posted anything even though I do lurk on a fairly regular basis...
I haven't brewed probably since July
between work and the weather, mainly the weather...no time or chance when I wasn't working...
We've had a tornado skip thru town about a half mile from the house in April...
a torrential downpour that dumped 7" of rain in less than two hours nearly causing a
dam breach , and now Michael passed just to the south of us leaving another 4-6" of rain.
For the year we're 8" above normal for rain and my yard's a quagmire most of the time...
hope that doesn't carry over to Winter...
SO, I'm off this week, the weather looks fairly stable but coolish for most of it,
and I've set up an ambitious schedule of four brews in the next nine days...a pale ale,
Fresh Squeezed Clone, Smoked Porter and an IPA with Citra, Mosaic and Mandarinia.
A keezer with four empty kegs is just not a pretty sight!
