What's your 2019 Brew Year's Resolution?

Post by FedoraDave »

If you're like me (and I know I am), you set goals for yourself as a brewer. You might try new recipes or decide you're going to refine your equipment, or who knows; we all have our different focus points, and the new year is the traditional time to turn the page and plan some changes.

Me, I've decided to investigate Belgian styles. I haven't done anything about creating these styles for my own pipeline, and it's time I did. So I'll be researching and experimenting with Trappists, Dubbels, etc.

How about you?

I don't make resolutions but 2018 was the Year of the Yeast for me where I tried 9 new yeast strains I've never tried before. Not sure what I'll do different in 2019 but since I'm still an electric brewing newb, maybe something in that direction.
