I definitely can say it will continue to change subtly but enough to notice. It was all good changes to me but really weird that you never really knew what you'd get every few days to a week.
I like the hop and think if I use it again, it will be whirlpool and dry hop only to see how that turns out.

I was going to wait until later this week to taste again, but the kids were awesome tonight, the little one went down fast and the older one is watching a litte tv before she hits the sack for the night. So I poured another one. I tell you, I think this beer might be on the verge of schizophrenia. Now the aroma is all coconut, which I was not getting before. With all the different things going on with this, it's like having multiple beers available, but only coming out of one tap.

Haha, the boys at Alvarado here posted a new beer using Sabro and from what you guys are saying, this is spot-on:

"This beer is all about one single hop variety. Squeaky clean malt presence and yeast profile, light in body and in color, with an all Sabro dry hop. Aroma brings a huge juicy tangerine like character, with fresh juiced pineapple, coconut and vanilla. Sits on the edge of insanely cool and flat out weird."

Mine is a clean malt bill too. 2 row, pilsner, and a little crystal 20 for a touch of color. And I only used Sabro, no other hop. Flat our weird is a good description, but it's good. You just never know what your going to get when pour a pint.
