Anyone use Cashmere hops yet? I think Swen did a DIPA but I'm not sure what the final verdict is. I'm thinking very simple......2 row, maybe a lb of Munich and a bit of white wheat and some Chico yeast for a quenchable 5.0-ish summer beer. Probably a shot of Cashmere at 10 minutes and a large dose for a 30 minute whirlpool about 180 and a dry hop. Maybe a small bittering charge of a hopshot just to wake it up.
So, Cashmere users, if there are any, speak up!

Nah, I've moved on but they should have spelled this hop after the Zep song. If the beer is half as good as the song, I'm golden.
Got the recipe done. Gonna miss brewing in cooler weather as summer is here!

And I've seen them listed in a few beers that I've had, but it was in combination with 3-4 other hops so I couldn't tell you a thing about them, sorry.
When the bottle you send me gets here, I'll let you know what I think.
After getting through the requisite black tape, that is..........
