"You should sweat a little when you make beer"....I like that.

Edit: Ok, I've watched the whole thing now. I like him and what he's doing. I now want to buy a Heady Topper just to contribute to the company.

Yep, he and his wife are all in. And looks like they have always been all in. New isn't always the best and I think he's part old and new school.
I've only had 2 Heady Toppers. The first was years ago and it was really everything I had hoped. The second was a little old I think and though good, I realized it was made by humans!

One of my brothers always manages to snag a few heady toppers. He hoards them, mostly giving them to special clients, but after her found out I home brew (and got him started), he's shared some with me.

I like heady tower, but I honestly think there are a few local news that stand up to it.

Good video. Thanks for posting that. I've had one Heady in my life, it was a couple years ago. And to be honest, although it was good, I didn't see what all the hype was about it. It wasn't THAT good. I've had other IPA's that I think are better.

I enjoyed it too. I've actually never had Heady Topper. Now I want to try one just to support them a bit.

It was cool to see their sustainability efforts. Probably people not around here know, but Great Lakes Brewing has always had a mission of sustainability too. They try to re-use or re-purpose everything that is possible. I'm glad to learn others do it.
