Just got a BrewDemon as well. Started with the 1 gal. kit. If all goes well, I will add another to stack....two batches are better than one! Look forward to upgrading as I go along.

Welcome Norman! That sounds great! This is a really fun and productive pastime. When I was brewing small batches I made one every couple of weeks to accelerate my learning. I'm not sure it really helped, but eventually I made good beer.

Welcome to the forum! And so it begins. Start out small then end up with a room full of pots/carboys/bottles/kegs/couple hundred pounds of grains/hops/toys, etc.... LOL it's a nice obsession.
