Valentine’s Day meal.

Yesterday while wife was at work I made Dinner and did it the only way I like to cook, outside. Brined Chicken breast, garlic potato wedges, and home grown sweet corn that we had frozen. All done on a smoker with apple wood. It all came out good, but was a challenge at 12 degs. Outside. Was hard to get the temp. up but just had to cook longer.
