It's Mardi Gras time and that means 2 days off on the 24th and 25th. So, 2 beer days (23rd and 24th). Gonna do a big , bad ass DIPA. They say you should keep it simple. I ain't doing that! I'm keeping it a bit complicated. so I'm gonna make use 3 hops that I've never used before. Hey, it's only beer so I'll drink it.
Then, the next day, it's time for my twice a year, Men in Black IPA. Hey, they're begging for it over here so I have to deliver.
