love A smoking BBQ

Just one rack of ribs on the charcoal/wood smoker with the 3-2-1 and then some turtle eggs that Blackduck told me about along time ago. I change it out sometimes but a meatball made with ground pork or sausage,
With cream cheese and whatever other kind of cheese you want to use, some BBQ sauce and a pork rub on top and in the smoker.

Smoked an English Chuck roast yesterday on my new pellet smoker grill. IT paired nicely with my citra IPA. ImageImageImageImageImage

I did beef short ribs this past Saturday. They were scrumptious. Just doing grilled chicken breasts for today.

What pit did you get Leigh? I'm a pellet smoker and have really enjoyed it.

Z Grills 700 series from Menard's. They had a really good price on it that I just couldn't pass up. After rebates it ended up being $275. ImageImage

Man that looks good! All it's missing is beans and slaw and a few homebrews!

I've really grown to enjoy smoking meats. Here's a prime rib roast I made a few weeks ago. ImageImage
