Howdy all from the what will be soon enough the frozen tundra of Southwest Minnesota. I've been brewing up Wines, Meads and Ciders for a while and decided to try out some beer kits. Currently brewing up a couple batches from Mr. Beer using the brewdemon fermentor. I've got lots to learn and hope some day to be able to sell my meads, though I think I'll always be brewing up some beer for myself from now on

Given your experience brewing mead ... wine ... and cider ... three things you won't have to learn:
1) the importance of cleaning and sanitation
2) patience and
3) the correct spelling of 'fermentor' ... so you're off to a good start!

Welcome to the forum from the frozen tundra of eastern Norf Dakoota! (Grand Forks area) I've dabbled in meads but love doing hard ciders!

Howdy from the Desert Southwest! I am new to this and would love any help you could provide doing Ciders. I have my first kit from Brew Demon and have one beer brew under my belt. So any tips would be amazing!

Apparently patience isn’t a virtue I have. Lol said I couldn’t post on my first one.
