Just put in refrigerator 2 gallons veina lager, then tomorrow
2 gallons strawberry cider.
Tomorrow bottle 4 gallon Canadian blonde next week 1 gallon of twisted monk to refrigerator
Also 2 gallons of cream ale do to bottle next week along with 2 gallons Mexican beer.
Started with 1 gallon starter kit in November 2020, now 4 fermenters and 96 swing top bottles...

Yep, you got infected alright. There is no vaccine for the beer-bug. You can only drink more of it!

Well that sure brings up memories, I think I tied all the MB kits as is before going to 5 gal extract and steep and mini mash. I liked both the Canadian Blonde and the Twisted monk. I was also up to 4 LBK fermenters at one time and still have them.
Keep up the good work

Yep that's pretty much exactly what I'm doing, I'm want to to try the 5 gallon steep brewing after I get a few more gallons under my belt.
So far hands down my favorite is Canadian blonde reminded me of all Canadian beer I used to drink when I lived in Buffalo NY . Can't wait to try the cream ale I grew up drinking Genesee cream ale back in the 70s
And the brewdemon pilsner I really like I'm not a huge fan of stout I did the gallon that was in the kit, just trying the Vienna lager now not what I really care for either.
Not a huge fan of real dark beer but everyone likes what they like.
Thanks
