I think I messed up again.. I'm bottling some twisted monk. Look to clear to me I'm still having issues with liyers to gallons. It tastes weak I'm unsure if I should continue bottling or dump it? What's worse case if to much water.
Should have been 15.142 liters I ended up with 17 liters

Are you saying you added too much water when you made the wort?
Did you take hydrometer readings to see where you started out and where you ended up? If you did add too much water, then that's all you did was water it down and make a weaker, less concentrated wort but a little larger batch. Starting off with less sugars, you will ferment down to a lower finishing gravity and it will be a lower abv beer, tasting lighter bodied, weaker, less flavorful, etc.
In the end, you still made beer, just weaker...Twisted Monk Light
No need to dump it unless you find it truly undrinkable or not enjoyable.

Yes when I did the initial wort when I finished topping off the fermenter I was doing 4 gallons and I filled to 17 liters instead of just over 15 liters. I didn't do Hydrometer I keep forgetting to do it

It will be beer albeit weak. Drink it up. A hydrometer is a great and cheap investment, I've ... doctored... many a batch using one.

It will be fine, it will just be "light" beer.
