Hey people. I just got my kit recently and finished up and started drinking my first batch today. Went with the oatmeal stout to start with and am pretty pleased with the results.
I'm mostly into stouts and ales. Lately have been really into the sour ales and I'd really like to eventually be able to make my own crazy-flavored sour ales. Right now though I think my next batches will be some Irish stout and then some berry ale while I dig through some of the more advanced techniques and recipes here.
