Well hello everyone. Just purchased my Brew Demon.
I think I'll be brewing a Mead, or Cider, haven't decided yet.
I have made a few beers in the past with the bucket, Wheat & Porter.
I guess I have problems cleaning my 1gal glass jugs I have been trying to ferment in.
I've always wanted a conical fermenter, and I'm so glad I found the brew demon.
Can't wait to brew my first batch!
