I was a big fan of Black & Tan back in the day. Now that I have Brew Demon and brew my own, I was wondering if any of their beers would work for a Black & Tan.

Pro-Tip. If you want one to actually suspend above the other, you have to make sure the one you put on the bottom layer to be a stronger beer. If you just brew 2 recipes at the same OG/FG, they won't stay suspended. Those recipes mentioned are likely almost exactly the same OG, so you want to buy an extra can of extract to add to the one you want to be on the bottom and make it stronger.

IE Bass Ale is say 5% ABV, and Guiness draft is only 3%. As an example of a black and tan pour where the Guiness will stay on top (for a while) if poured properly (IE using something like a spoon to keep it from just dumping into the other beer).
