Are we up and running?

Take a minute to introduce yourself to the Borg and tell us what's brewing. You can ask questions here too!

It has gotten sleepy, though I still check in a couple of times a week.
Making beer and stew for the Zombie Apocalypse.
Never mind, there it is.

Be careful what you ask for.....I can be overly chatty and quite boring if you push me.
Actually, I used to post every time I brewed but I brew pretty often and try not to over do it.
I do check daily and if there's questions and someone needs help, I try when I can to be helpful. Just not a lot going on and I think, based on this and other forums, home brewing has started to slow down again.

But Christmas (and with it, Christmas gifts) is just around the corner.

Buckle up!

I think most of are still here, I know I haven't posted much lately either but I am still into brewing. A lot of us have done it so long that a lot of stuff would be redundant if we posted everything we do on brewing. New brewers are what makes a forum active and seems not to be a lot of them lately. Ask question and all will answer.

I Think it is a combination of a lot of things here that makes this forum seem not active anymore. Alot of us came from the MR Beer forums and all grew up together on brewing, but slowly loosing people as they get older and get out of brewing or lost interest. I also think the big home brewing craze has slowed down as there is so much good beers out there now to buy and easier. Fackbook and other social media has slowed down these small forums also, most everyone is on facebook and can find all kinds of brewing sub forums on there and as long as you are on there they pop up. I am on a FB all grain forum and that dam thing is busy, but will say some bad answers compared to advice that can be given here.
