Good morning and Happy New Year. I am Carl and I am getting back to into brewing after over 20 years. I was gifted a Brew Demon kit and it looks like fun. My experience was just with kits back then and my roommate and I thought we could brew beer and it would be awesome. He liked to experiment right out of the box. After sampling our first batch, I said well you got skunks bitter American beer down (he was Finnish). Getting back into things, I want to work through the kits Brew Demon has, try some of their advanced recipes and then work on some all grain recipes. My goal is to produce a creame ale that is not garbage. My background by trade is Organic Chemistry and Hydrogeology.
