I'll Be Backkkk.

Post by berryman »

Well I haven't posted much lately because nothing going on here and I haven't brewed since 6/29/23. I had my 4 tap keezer full and working on drinking it and it started to slowly quit cooling. I found a rusted line and leaked the refrigerant. I kept it iced and drank it all but just bought beer after that. got busy with other things and didn't start up again. yes I could bottle like i did for many years but the kegging got me spoiled. Well wife just bought me a new smaller chest freezer that will make into a kezzer. I have it here but really haven't looked at it much if I can do 2 or 3 kegs without using the hump, 2 would be fine as I have cut back some on my consumption, and a lot of my old beer drinking friends aren't around anymore. I'm mostly just going to revisit my tried and good brews, mostly light wheat beers, but i want to do the breakfest stout with cold brew coffee and lactose, but I am going to try a Mikes Hard or harder lemonade clone also.

I've been so crazy busy I have not been around either. But I still exist.

Yeah I also wondered if you were still brewing. Everytime I have came here I have seen no new post from anyone.
