Interesting video...
The best country in the world... that could be debated until the end of time just on defining what makes a country the greatest.
Do we have many flaws?
Are we headed in the right direction?
Were we "greater" at another point in time?
Seriously, if we were greater at any point in time, is there any realistic chance of obtaining that again?

Do what you can to make things better... damn, that list is so long.... If people could just get along, to me, that would be the first step...
ie, if just politicians could get along and actually do what is right for the country, regardless of your alfiliation, instead of doing what they think is right for the party.... Novel idea....

I think we can all agree that the vast majority of politicians are a waste of the space they occupy.

well...we could use a heck of a lot lesser of them, that's for sure.
