You asked for a picture of my pond pump set up. Here it is. The pump was $20 and you can use any cooler on hand.

In the second picture you can see the tubing is frosted and the chiller is condensating just before turning to frost. I got 5 gallons of wort from boiling to 58 degrees in 35 minutes on that batch.

I've just taken my ice chest to the ice house, get 20 lbs loose then use some of the hot water from the wort chiller to melt some of it and put the pump in the bottom of the ice chest and away she goes. Of course, I don't save the water but I really should. As hot as it is, the wife can use it to water the flowers or like Ralph, put it in Charlie's pool and let him enjoy a summer day! Good idea!
