Pipeline at critical mass!

My supply of homebrew is getting awfully low. I took about a month and a half off during the summer. Too hot to brew, I was getting burnt out, and I had to co-ordinate brewing with vacation time.

I might have gotten through this with no problem, but the first weekend of September, I entered a barbecue competition with my brother, our nephew, and a couple of his friends. And how could I present myself properly at a BBQ comp without supplying some homebrew? So I took a real hit that weekend.

I've got a couple of LBK batches conditioning right now, but I'm just hoping my supply of drinkable homebrew holds out.

Of course, worst-case scenario is I go out and buy some craft brews.....

Get it going Dave! Fall is here and it's the perfect time.
I too am trying to keep up since I had to dump a batch or two so I'm taking one for the team and brewing every few weeks. The collaboration should help get you started.

Bummer about the pipeline.

Develop a taste for Saisons and you can brew even when it's 90!

That's the only reason mine is doing well. Saisons when it's 80+ and Belgians when it's 75ish... all summer, all I've done.

Now it's cooling off so it's other style time yeah!

I've been brewing every weekend since Labor Day, and it feels as though I've got a lot, because of that volume. Also, two of those batches are fivers, so that adds to it. But one is a pilsner, so it won't be ready for a while, and there's more fermenting than there is conditioning, and about as much conditioning as there is that's drinkable. I'll feel much better when I get a case up from the basement. That'll mean production is moving along as it should, and I'll be restocked pretty quickly.
