Introducing....
Hi. New here. On my 3rd batch. Using a 2.5 gal Brewdemon Conical fermenter and pre-hopped wort. Moved from Northern Front Range Colorado (home of New Belgium Brewing and the microbrew capital of the world.....I'm just sayin') where everybody home brews (really well!) and most pubs have at least a dozen taps with really good mostly local microbrews (many of which are actual "microbrew", as in brewed in some guys garage in a 36 gal SS conical) to SA TX where the only taps in bars and restaurants are Bud Light, Coors Light, Landshark etc. In NC I didn't need to home brew but in SA I find I have to take control of my situation if I want to drink a decent brew. However the laws are changing in TX so in time things will improve. Soon microbrewers will be able to sell their product in pubs.
Beer is like sex. It's all good, just some better than others.

Howdy
How do you like the brew demon? I'm using a Mr. Beer kit but am intrigued by the conical design of the brew demon. My only concern is that it seems that it would take up more space, and for me space is at a premium.
Cheers
