As mentioned a couple of weeks back in this thread, they're offering a buy one/get one deal for a limited time. Normal subscription is $28 for the magazine, or $33 for print and electronic. This offer is for two of the print & electronic subscriptions (one renewal, one new subscriber) for $33 total.

IMO the subscription is worthwhile at $28. At $16.50 it's even better. (duh)
