A Homebrewer’s Journey
What started out as an experiment with a 3 quart pot, a can of extract and a little brown keg has evolved today into something I wasn’t even able to imagine back then. The home brew community played a major role in my progression from ‘newbie’ to a brewer having some serious skills.

Recipe Collaboration Exchange – Building Better Brewers
One thing I absolutely love about running this website is that I was able to have so many great people join the forum and contribute. The knowledge that everyone brings is amazing and I often find myself reading about some part of brewing that I just didn’t know before and never really thought of. Even though we’re still a relatively small community of brewers there is a tremendous amount of sharing of knowledge and fellowship. BrewDemon’s Big Demon is almost here
Ever since BrewDemon started just over 2 years ago they have been trying to push the envelope when it comes to small batch extract brewing, with the introduction of the 2.5 gallon Little Demon conical fermenter which gave small batch a more professional look and feel over the “Little Brown Keg” that many people perceived as a “toy” and “not really a home brewery system”. I know what your thinking, this is April Fools day and the BeerBorg is trying to pull one over on all us brewers, but I assure you that this is a real thing!
