  I had a hard cider yesterday, first alkee haul in several months. Funny how it didn't taste as good as I expected, atleast it was commercial swill, not my good stuff that's conditioning.   At Yazoo for the first time in forever, so Yazoo Locale... Low cal and low carb pale ale brewed with Brandon's funk yeast blend. Local ingredients (local yeast, local grain... Get it?
