Not Just Another Homebrew Book
It seem like every time I look there is another home brew book available explaining how to brew beer. Many of these books are simply a re-hash of the many brewing styles and methods that home brewers can use to create our favorite alcoholic beverages. Granted it’s hard to really find new content to write a home brew book about and keep it fresh when the basic process for brewing has remained the same for centuries.

BrewDemon Big Demon Conical Fermenter – First Impressions

The knowledge that everyone brings is amazing and I often find myself reading about some part of brewing that I just didn’t know before and never really thought of. Even though we’re still a relatively small community of brewers there is a tremendous amount of sharing of knowledge and fellowship. A great example of this sharing and fellowship is the Recipe Collaboration Exchange (RCE) that is run twice a year. One of our forum members, […]

BrewDemon’s Big Demon is almost here
Ever since BrewDemon started just over 2 years ago they have been trying to push the envelope when it comes to small batch extract brewing, with the introduction of the 2.5 gallon Little Demon conical fermenter which gave small batch a more professional look and feel over the “Little Brown Keg” that many people perceived as a “toy” and “not really a home brewery system”. BrewDemon’s contributions to small batch brewing has influenced changes across the industry including it’s nearest competitor Mr. Beer. has actually introduced a new form factor for it’s 2 gallon fermenters that it sells as an […]
