Not Just Another Homebrew Book
It seem like every time I look there is another home brew book available explaining how to brew beer. Many of these books are simply a re-hash of the many brewing styles and methods that home brewers can use to create our favorite alcoholic beverages. Granted it’s hard to really find new content to write a home brew book about and keep it fresh when the basic process for brewing has remained the same for centuries.

BrewDemon Big Demon Conical Fermenter – First Impressions
The first thing you notice about the new fermenter is that it looks an awful lot like it’s little brother the Little Demon fermenter. The shape, clean lines and 3 legged stand were obviously made to mimic the smaller 3 gallon fermenter.

The Keg Saga
When it came to kegging my homebrew, I was really terrified. Drawing homemade beer from a tap in your ManCave is the ultimate cool. But boy, was it scary. This wasn’t just steeping specialty grains; if you decided you were kegging, you knew you weren’t reneging. It’s a big investment, and a real commitment. Then there’s the fact that it has a technical aspect to it

A Brewing Epiphany
So Beer Happens, the same way a beautiful sunrise or a flock of geese flying overhead happen. It’s part of the wonder and mystery of nature. No wonder the ancients assigned a deity to it.
