When it came to kegging my homebrew, I was really terrified. Drawing homemade beer from a tap in your ManCave is the ultimate cool. But boy, was it scary. Recipe Collaboration Exchange – Building Better Brewers
One thing I absolutely love about running this website is that I was able to have so many great people join the forum and contribute. The knowledge that everyone brings is amazing and I often find myself reading about some part of brewing that I just didn’t know before and never really thought of. Even though we’re still a relatively small community of brewers there is a tremendous amount of sharing of knowledge and fellowship. Dr. Frankenbeer, I presume
Being a new brewer is exciting. You open the box, and there’s this fermenter, and cans of extract, and instructions, and you can make beer! I got my start with a Mr. Beer kit my wife got me for Christmas. I was as excited as a ten-year-old getting a puppy, and I couldn’t wait to brew my first batch. I would have creative control of the beer I drank. There were so many possibilities now; so much potential for creating custom beers right in my own kitchen.
