haven’t been here a while. Don’t recall the last time I logged in. I haven’t brewed beer sense last year…I took up making shine.

Got another cold crashing.
One is still Berklin in the fermenter.

Just 14 gallons so far…bought the fixings to do more

Imma just go ahead and brew...heating up the grain water now.

Can’t decide if I want to start my first brew of the year Saturday or Sunday.
Will have to see. It’s been raining so much, I was afraid of floating off. If I was smart (very questionable) I’d brew sat AND Sunday.

Used up my supplies two weeks ago, and due to weather and other things, I haven't picked up new supplies ... maybe tomorrow. But I'll be keg'n the last of Decembers brew in another week. Letting it cold crash today.
