I saw this in the paper today... Had to wait till I got of work at 6 pm but still going strong !!

Dave , to edit I had to delete fermentable then read with new amount . When I tried to just edit I did get caught in the loop.

Remember this though...... They brew for the masses ! What we enjoy as a good beer does not mean the masses enjoy it. Berryman, love the restoration. Painstaking as it is, I built aquariums before. It is sometimes like working on automobiles...patience helps. Thought my 55 gal was leaking and turned out to be an o'ring on the filter. Love the pics.

Dave, I got in a rut also. My cure .........computer crashed and I lost most of my recipes. Now having to start mostly from scratch ...... I think I'm enjoying the process more now.

Found out a neighbors dad (who is a friend ) only has a week or so left. DAMN I HATE OCTOBER !! Lost my brother last year on the 26th. 1 year Sunday. As stated I am praying for you.

I've done 5 so far with no off flavors. I do drop the temp down to 36* though . I keep them there for 8 weeks the bottle and condition for another month after that.

Wish I could go.. Bout 1-2 miles from work , but I have 10 gal to bottle and get ready to go to Tallahassse for orientation with my daughter at Fl State on Monday.

Well said Dave and Vince . I also could never warm up to the new MRB as Dag helped me turn to the AG way of brewing . I don't think that I have brewed an extract batch in 2 years.
