Had to trash a whole batch F****d up and put a gallon of one step in my mash. Proly my tenth all grain batch without a hitch and now I muffed up. Anybody here ever done this.

I asked this over in the old Mrbeer forum's but can't find it over there, how much water and grain's can a 5 gallon cooler handle max. I Googled it but did not like what I saw.Somebody on the Mrbeer forum posted a link that was real simple I think it was just a chart.

I'm going to make a smash this week-end Maris Otter and Amarillo. 2.5 gallon batch with 8# of Mo and 2oz of amarillo .50 at 60min,.50 at 30min,.50 at 5min,.50 dry hop at 21 day's or so then bottle at 28 day's or so. If it turn's out Falconer will be up next.

Most of the brew's are 7 to 10 dollar's this was a little more 25 dollar's buuut it is almost new year's.

Very Very good is all I can say. And it will do the job. 12% abv one of the best tasting beer's i have ever had. I picked this up in a 64 oz growler first time for me getting beer in a growler pretty neat way to purchase beer.
