Re: What are you brewing/bottling?

Brulosophy has been really helpful with some new techniques I use but typically are post fermentation techniques. I don't want to risk short and shoddy before fermentation on 3 bbls of beer. On a homebrew scale, less risky and easier to manage.

Re: Where is everyone and why are you so quiet?

I'm still here, I promise. I don't get as many chances to brew at home as I used to, but the day job makes up for it ;) I've been crazy busy at the brewery as we're increasing production and, thus, in the midst of expansion. We should be getting a 7 bbl fermenter and 7 bbl brite tank this week. The ...

My imperial blood orange witbier, "Koning Oranje". A bit heavier on the blood orange peel than I would've liked but it is still good.

FIT, I can't give the recipe for the butter rum as it is proprietary to Wop's Hops Brewing Yea, I know. Just yankin your chain. It does sound good for sure. I'd love to try some, do they ship out of state, like frigid ND? Negative, ghostrider. We don't currently package in cans/bottles. Just growle...

Re: Summertime Hoppy Wheat (Bubs' Pale Wheat Xtra)

I had a bottle of this tonight and it's obviously not quite so fresh, so the aroma is almost gone, but the flavor is still rockin' my socks! Grapefruit, candied lemon, just a touch of malty sweetness in the finish. This is going to be a staple in my repertoire.
