I don’t usually throw together a recipe but I decided to brew a lager with Munich. I have a lot in stock. When I put the ingredients into Beersmith the closest style seemed to be a Czech Amber Lager.
I had no plan for a style when I put this together. I was just trying to make a malty, rich beer. I like dry beers and 34-70 took this down to 1.015.
The SG was actually 1.058 The FG was pretty far from the calculated FG but it doesn’t taste overly sweet to me. I like the malt Munich flavor.
The odd amounts of ingredients should be rounded up. Those numbers are a quirk of the Pico recipe crafter.

I love Munich and thanks to Drop Kick Nate, I realized how good Bonlander Munich is. I use Munich is about 40% of my recipes.
Haven't used Hallertau in decades. Let us know how this turns out.

Re: Kitchen Sink Lager
Looks good!
By coincidence, today I'm brewing a batch of my Copperbottom Lager, an American Amber Lager. Mostly 2-row, but also some Victory, a little Biscuit, and a touch of Chocolate. It scored pretty well when I submitted it in a competition.
Keep us updated. I haven't tried a Kitchen Sink beer in a very long time, but I've got so much surplus hops that I'm thinking of making an Effit IPA and just emptying my freezer into it.
