Yakima Valley has Sabro on sale, normally $23, now $14. I wonder why?
It is a very different hop to my taste buds. Not a bad thing, just one that I recall made my beer change a good bit from week to week. At times, like I had brewed 6 different beers but in a good way.
If you want to try them, this is the cheapest I've seen.
Got 1/2 lb I want to play with but I'm just not sure how these would best be used.

I know the feeling and thanks to Hopaholics Anonymous, I didn't.

Re: Sabro hops, $14 a pound
Would be a great deal if I did not have a freezer full of hops, both pellet and fresh (frozen) hops from my garden. Still....... I bet it would be good in an IPA.
Life is short, live it to it's fullest!

I used them back when they were experimental unnamed hops. They did make good beer, but not so good I want to buy a pound of them right now since I'm also overloaded with hops.
